    Where's my birthday reward?

    so I've signed up to live rewards, have gold live, have over 14000 gamer score and definitely put the right date for my birthday, but i still don't have my birthday reward? for those who are wondering- yes my birthday is in May, so where's my reward? :S

    MyAchievements rewards are useless

    you guys do realize the birthday gift is 20 microsoft points right? that's right a whole 25 cents .

    I see that you have raised a yellow "warning" light on your account because we have detected an odd birth date on your account. According to the records we are receiving, you were born around the turn of the century...in 1899. Obviously this is incorrect,
    and we are currently investigating why this error is occurring. Apologies for the confusion. This is just a minor detail on your account we noticed seemed out of place; this incorrect date of birth information will not affect your account in any way. Once

    We have determined why users are incorrectly seeing this notification and are deploying a resolution. You should see this notification go away by the end of next week.
