Birthday rewards

Hi.

I received a notification about my birthday reward. I was rewarded with a great amount of gems which I have already ordered, but I haven't received yet. Looking through my rewards history it also happened last year.

Can we do something about it? Thanks!

Okay, so I don't know if the Birthday Rewards have been suspended or Not? My birthday is August 12th and I was wondering if I will still get my birthday reward. Please respond back.-

If you claimed the gems, then they would already have been added to your gem total.

Gems just started on October 1, so you would not have received them last year.

This is from last year, for instance. I had to ask because I claimed this year's birthday gems and did not receive them. I received gems for other stuff I did after claiming the birthday one though. I fear I will not receive them since I didn't get last
year.

Hello ThiagoSantos97,

Your event in October was your Xbox Live Rewards Anniversary, not your Birthday. Since Gems were only created in October, it would not be possible to award them for activity before they existed. We see that both the Anniversary and Birthday Gems were claimed
successfully, and listed as such on your MyRewards Gem statement.

If your birthday was in October, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum so support can check into that for you. the birthday rewards just started on October 1, so rewards would not have been sent for any birthdays before then.

You used to be able to get a small reward through the Xbox Rewards program for your birthday, but that ended several years ago. Currently, you don't receive anything for your birthday.

There are no rewards given for tenure.

M sure there is part where it say we get rewarded for birthday anniversaries ect .... Like this year I got rewards for my birthday on February as a present and got anniversaries rewards for being 2years a member of Xbox Reward in March this year ..= Can
you check that again for me .

Microsoft is currently redesigning all of the Xbox Live Rewards program now that Microsoft points are being discontinued. The Birthday Awards, and all other Rewards functions have been discontinued for the current moment.
