    BioShock Infinite Burial at Sea Part II Unplayable


    Paid for and downloaded both Parts 1 & 2 (not via Season Pass). When launching the game, I get a message that says "Burial at Sea - Episode 2 is Unavailable You only have Part 2 of Burial at Sea - Episode Two. Please Download Part 1 to Play." Totally
    untrue. Part 1 was purchased, downloaded, shows up in the list of Game Add-Ons and plays fine, in it's entirety. Part 2 does not show up in the list, even after re-downloading, deleting and re-downloading, clearing the cache and re-downloading and deleting,
    clearing the cache and re-downloading, no offered solutions have worked. If I go into the Season Pass Store, Part 2 shows up twice in the list, one listing says NEW and gives me the option to purchase, the other says INSTALLED and PURCHASED, but it does not
    show up in the list when I select Play Game Add-Ons.

    No modifications have been made to the console, it's the original hard drive and have had no similar problems with any other game but this one. Very frustrating and even more frustrating is that there is no genuine MS support for the annual fee we all pay.
    All I want is to be able to play the content I paid for, or I would like a refund. Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Hi KAP68, noticed you said you have have both parts of burial at sea. Did you know that part 2 of burial at sea has 2 files to download. If you look in the marketplace Burial at Sea Part 2 file 2 is available for free, but you have to pay for file 1.
    Once you have downloaded that you will be able to play it. Here is the link for episode 2 file 1
