Bioshock 1 Ryan Industries Plasmids and Gene Tonics does not work.

I have recently picked to play Bioshock 1 again to finally 100% the game. I discovered that if you play on the last level there is a glitch to get the Brass Balls achievement and the Seriously Good At This. I performed the glitch and got the Seriously Good
At This achievement yet the Brass Balls achievement would not unlock. I tried three times and still nothing.

I decided that I would just start a new game, yet when I looked at the options, there was no way to disable Vita-Chambers (which is a feature added to the DLC). In an attempt to fix this I redownloaded the DLC twice, deleting then redownlading it but nothing
changed. I started new games of it multiple times and the option would still never appear. I knew the DLC had worked because I had downloaded it a year prior and was going through a playthrough to get Brass Balls but even when I load that save up that option
is not there. I deleted the system cache, played offline without downloading the update and absolutely nothing changed.

I really want to 100% the game because it is one of my favorite games ever but I cant because it acts like I never owned the DLC in the options menu, never allowing me to the view the extra options the DLC contains. If anyone can solve this problem please
respond I really want this issue to be solved but I have no clue on how else to find a work around.

Can't download Bioshock or Oblivion

I have the Ryan industries plasmid pack already, Download fails for Bioshock at 12 % try uninstalling the Ryan indsutries pack, same problem fix it or give me my bloody money back

 

Problem downloading "Ryan industries Plasmids and Gene Tonics" DLC

1) Can you tell me how can i request it from the publisher?

2)Can anyone confirm if this add-on is included in the new bundle version "Bioshock Ultimate Rapture Edition" ?
