Bingo stuck

    Bingo stuck


    Bingo is stuck again and taking my coins but not calling any numbers. Need to get reimbursed for this. please fix the game.

    app malfunctions

    when I get a bingo, I press bingo- get the X time out.if the game finishes while I'm in time out I lose my bingo. But if I have time to press it again it gives me my bingo.

    last game wouldn't let me bingo after 1st time. Counted down to 1 then stuck, while it continued to call bingo till both cards were dabbed out.

    anyone else had problems?

    I have been stuck unable to play bingo more days than naught. What is the problem ?

    HERE. In regards to leveling up, you just need to keep playing games and earn more points to gain levels.

    I cant call valid bingos

    Having the same problem.

    From the very beginning,

    Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
    as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

    XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.

    Power Figure did not pay off

    I paid 600 coins for 50 keys: You deducted the coins but I did not receive the keys. What's up with that. This has happened several times when I did not get credit for the bingos I got and when I didn't receive the trunk for a power pattern. I also did
    not receive credit earned for the bingos I earned and the 3 power numbers I selected when the game got stuck and I had to exit out of the program. This is happening too often and I won't put up with it for too much longer. I have deleted a couple other games
    for less.

    What's up with the the screen getting stuck on last bingo and then the caller just keeps ...: Several times now the caller just keeps calling numbers til we have coverall and it locks up, we loose the bingos we did have before it got stuck. The connection issue is a real problem as well....
