Bingo crashing

    Bingo crashing


    Every time as of late, when I watch a video for extra tickets or coins, the whole video, aka commercial, will play and then the game crashes and closes out, EVERY SINGLE TIME. How do I get this fixed or is something you guys need to do on your end???

    Bingo crashing

    First thing to try is to reset the app. If you go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Bing and click "Advanced Settings" after you highlight the app, then select "Reset" on that page. See if that helps resolve your issue.

    I was in the same boat... in the middle of a game, had a Bingo or three and it crashed.

    My Bingo game continually crashes and has difficulty connecting. This has been happening for a while.

    HELP!!! Bingo app crashed on startup.

    So I am testing it now with a Surface 3 and it seems if you maximize the app from the taskbar after the crash (instead of restarting it- you'll see the Bingo logo in the taskbar), the app runs normally. However, this starting crash is still unusual and it's
    still filed as a bug.

    Note: You need to restore it from the taskbar right after it crashes- if you wait too long, it won't work.

    Another user reported better performance with Bingo after turning off the Adaptive lighting option in Settings but that may be unrelated to this error.

    I cant call valid bingos

    Having the same problem. Valid bingos don't score, freezing and crashing repeatedly. To bad, I really do like the game, but with all the problems it is very frustrating.
