Bing and Xbox connection

Hello,

I did something really stupid with my Bing account a year ago. Since then, I've started to get into Xbox again. I'd really like to get rewards for Xbox, but the black mark on my Bing account is preventing it. Bing refuses to lift the mark.

Is there a way to transfer my account info to a different email? I'm cool with not getting Bing rewards, but it seems a like there should be a way to continue to get rewards from Xbox.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Bing Backgrounds

It shouldn't be a problem with your internet connection. To reduce data usage (On mobile phones, xbox, and other consumer products), the bing background does not always change automatically, it is cached.

So when you hit 'search' your bing background should change to today's picture once you exit.

 

You would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.

The Microsoft Rewards program and Xbox Live Rewards are two separate programs. Unfortunately, since we are not fully up to date with their policies, we cannot provide a fully informed response. As Smwutches says, you would have to reach out to their team

If you are asking about your Xbox Live Rewards Account, since your purchases have not completed any offers or been made with a MyVIP star, they have not received any Rewards Credits. You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
