My Xbox broke 2 years ago, I’ve been getting billed since then. I don’t remember the account name nor can I get access through to it. $33 per month x 24 months. I cancelled my credit card and had it replaced but somehow Xbox continues to charge me.

You must super rich pal or living of your parents because where I come no one can afford to more then one console ,think of all the bills , you have to pay nowdays ,let me see their tv bill, house bill, often their mortgage or rent bill, tv license , water bill, gas bill, phone bill, internet bill, and now you want add gaming bill for the network on top of them and other thing Xbox one may hAve exclusives but you play previous games in the past on the Xbox or Xbox 360 you can't play them by disc mode only by buying them through dlc and same goes for ps4 for previous playstation consoles , at least wii u network is free and backward play for wii games but other are dlc, electric bill and maybe more bills to pay

I'm not sure what you would be getting charged $33 a month for, since Xbox Live is only $9.99 if you bill it monthly. It could be other services such as Office 365.

I would try entering the e-mail address you think it was linked to and trying "forgot password" to see if you are able to access the account. From there you could turn off auto renew and/or cancel any subscriptions.

If you're unable to get into the account your best option would be to contact Xbox customer service directly at support.xbox.com then contact us, and then select an option under billing issues.
