Dear MICROSOFT, as you are aware, XBOX ONE has no support in Ecuador, which is why the issue of payment and billing is complicated.
What I have to do to receive their products is to put myself as if my account were in Mexico, put the data of my credit card with Mexican address and put it ok, its platform DOES NOT MARK ME ERROR, it charges me an amount of approximately 1.6 USD ( in 4 opportunities) and the most disappointing thing is that I did not register the card for subscription on XBOX ONE.
Reason for which I request reimbursement for the 8 operations performed in the system in which you charge me without having the subscription service or in turn and send a code to enter XBOX LIVE GOLD, for the amount charged by your organization .

Hellow I need help changing my xbox live account and xbox 360 region to Unite States , I changed region from Unite Estates to Ecuador and in Ecuador there is no Xbox Live and now I cant do anything on my xbox 360

I Live In Ecuador (will my Xbox One connect if I get one)?

I'm an American living in Ecuador, and I'm currently in the states visiting. I am wondering if an Xbox One will connect in Ecuador if I get one. I had an Xbox 360 and it connected fine.

In truth, I only care about being able to play video games online with my friends. I care nothing about TV channels, etc.

If anyone can answer my question, please let me know.

Since that is such a small amount, it's actually a verification charge. Companies use those to test the card to see if it is usable. The charge is usually returned within 24-48 hours. If it is not, you would need to contact support and speak to billing.

I removed your screenshots because they contained personal information we don't recommend posting on a public forum. You should not be changing your region if you do not actually live in the region just to be able to access something that is not available
in your region (Ecuador). If your physical location does not match your account address or the billing address tied to your credit card, then you will not be able to purchase anything in that market. You will need to actually live and have a valid billing
address for the regional market you are trying to purchase from.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to buy the Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) in Ecuador but the service will be available to more regions in the future.
