Billing Support? My account was hacked and they ordered something on my card

Hello Ben, you mention that your account was hacked, did you fill out the account recovery form and were you able to recover it?

Never had an issue using my visa card on live.

Best bet is to phone support about something like this as they are the only ones with access to the billing side of your account.

According to the pre-order FAQ here is what they say,

When will I be billed for my game?

If you used account credit only to pre-order your game, your balance will be taken immediately. If you used a credit card, or split your payment between credit card and account balance, you will be charged around 10 days before the game launches.

If your account balance is lower than the amount you authorized for pre-order billing, the remainder will be taken from your credit card. You’ll receive an email to your billing account confirming that the remaining card payment was collected successfully,
and the game will be available for you to play on the day it launches.

My account was hacked before they charged my credit card 100 dollars for points. microsoft knew it was something I would never do so they froze my account. I changed the password after that

I claimed that my situation was "similar" to the FIFA hack because MS points were charged to my card for both my account and unknown account without my knowledge or consent. I am still of the opinion that Microsoft's billing department is at fault and my
card information was not compromised.

I did not coin the term "FIFA hack", so no need to lecture.

I do more than insist that I did not have my card associated with more than one account; I guarantee it. I don't think I can be more clear than I have about that.
