Billing Profiles

Good day all,

When I visit https://commerce.microsoft.com/ I see that I have two billing profiles: US-Personal account and TT-personal account. I currently reside in TT (Trinidad and Tobago) and would like to use only the TT-personal account but
the US-Personal Account is being accessed when I try to purchase anything online. Is there any simple way to delete that 'US-Personal Account'? I don't want it there. I believe it may have been created when I tried to sign up for the Xbox Beta Pass using the
new Xbox Beta app in addition to which I tried twice to purchase the current $1 access and was charged accordingly, however when I go to Payments there is no record of these purchases and I cannot access the games. Therefore, I'd like to remove the US-Personal
Account for billing and have only the TT-Personal Account. Thanks for your time and possible assistance in this matter.

You would need to contact support and speak to billing to see if they can remove it. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

As an update to the situation, unfortunately the rep stated that the removal of the billing profile is currently not possible. It was created when I visited the other region's market. Though there is no manual way to delete it, it should be deleted automatically
by the system once I no longer visit that specific market.

In regards to the charges I saw with the difference in my total credit card amount, she explained that it could just be some sort of hold amount given that I attempted to purchase the beta pass and should be reversed in 3-5 working days.

All in all, she was quite polite and helpful and I appreciated the information shared with me. I still however, will state that Microsoft needs to include a manual method for users to delete billing profiles. I can only imagine the amount of profiles others
may have, if they visit numerous regions.

Why don't you try setting up different payment options and change your region on the console? The payment options are a simple thing to change and you can delete any older ones you no longer want to use. At that point, it should divert you to the content
you're looking for and allow you to purchase whatever you're after in your region's currency if I'm not mistaken...? You can also do what I did and change the Email address that is associated with your account. I had a problem where my Xbox would not allow
me to sign in because I had forgotten the password to an old email address I started 7-years ago when I opened my Xbox Live account. The rep on the phone told me to just create a new gamertag and buy another gold membership....after renewing 2 weeks before!
I'm not sure if this helps or not but it might be a direction to go in?
