    Hi,

    I am having many problems with my Xbox account, the payment methods that I have on my Microsoft Account (commerce.Microsoft.com) doesn´t appear on Xbox.com, they appear on my console but I receive error "Purchase-Billing-40185" when I try to buy something.
    , and now, when I go to commerce.Microsoft.com, there is an error and I can´t see my transactions and subsripctions.

    I´ve contacted Xbox Support several times, vía chat, phone, twitter, ... and it never gets solved. It´s crazy. I want to buy games, you want my money, and this is not possible because a strange error on my account that no one can solve.

    Two billing profiles under my Microsoft account

    I have been talking with Microsoft Support and they confirmed that I have two separate billing profiles under my Microsoft account, one for the Microsoft account itself, and another for the Xbox subscription, so I have a credit card in my Xbox billing profile
    and a Paypal account on my Microsoft account billing profile, so when I go to commerce.Microsoft.com, the credit card does not appear, and when I go to Billing on Xbox.com, the Paypal account does not appear.

    I don´t want to have two separate billing profiles under my Microsoft account, it is confusing, so, can the two billing profiles be merged so I can have only one, and the same one, billing profile for my Microsoft account and my Xbox account?

    I'm having a similar issue. I want to change my Gamertag and download DLC for Forza 5. My billing details aren't showing on the console, I try to add a card and i get a message that it's already attached to my account, my PayPal account doesn't show as
    a billing option, and nor will it let me spend from my Microsoft currency balance. I get a "Purchase-Billing-9000" error, which apparently means i've exceeded the daily amount i'm allowed to purchase from the store. I've NEVER purchased a single thing from
    it in all the time I've had an Xbox Live account. Spoke to Chat support, they couldn't help and now apparently it's been escalated to an account specialist to look into. God knows how long that will take for them to get back to me.

    sorry you cannot buy live gold with MS points or currency ONLY with a credit card or other form of payment like paypal or store bough live gold subscription cards sold in stores.

    i had this issue just make sure payments up to date than tell microsoft what you want to do usually they can sort it pretty quick.
