    Billing problem. Xbox Gold Live Subscription


    Hi. Here's the full story so ign announced that Saint's Row:The Third was going to be free with Xbox Live Gold this May. So I decided that's a pretty good deal. I went to my computer went to xbox.com and went to my account and subscribed to xbox gold
    ... and yes ! I was gold. AND THEN th BS started. I went to my console and said my account membership is still free????? then I doubled check to my e-mail and it said I was bill-ed to my credit card AND THEN THE SECOND E-MAIL SAID THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION WAS
    CANCELLED. When I didn't even cancel anything. pls help

    Anyone?

    I feel so cheated.

    Sorry to hear it. You'll need to contact phone support though as this is a billing issue and only they can help out.
