    Hello everyone. Im currently haveing a problem where my credit cards or anything wont work on my account. I tried it on another and worked but won't work on my main account. It says the info is wrong which isn't or bank didn't authorize it but when i call
    them they said no problem. No cards work on my account.

    Problem is, they already billed you, and now, it's past-due. That happened to me, as well. All you can do, at this point, is use some sort of debit/credit card, pay your bill, and opt out.

    You also might have to pay either over the phone or via their website if you can't log into your XBL account. That can be an issue with auto-renew. If you get a month of Xbox Live Gold, make sure you switch off auto-renew right after activating your month.

    Right now, there's a bit of an issue for me. They bill me for one month of service on the 21st of every month, but it'll be due on the 3rd of the next month. I have to catch up and readjust my bank account so that it can be billed on the 21st. They'll get their money by the due date, so it's not too much of an issue, but I will get emails every day reminding me of the fact my card was declined. I'll sort it out, soon enough.

    Ok i feel like a [Mod Removed - Profanity]. Last Time i contacted them nothing but this they got right into and is currently investigating my account to help me

    information matches the card information including but not limited to the billing
    address. Also, if the card is being added to the account using the console then try to add the card throughout website under:
    Payment options.

    As a last resort, please contact our Live Customer support team at:
    Contact Us.

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent
    select
    no thanks,
    pick the
    category and just pick a contact method
    (request a call from support or Chat
    is faster).

    Problem with billing account

    Your account may be locked by the xbox system. If it see suspicious activity or incorrect reign or billing address on an xbox account it can locked your billing account. Now in a normal situation you would just call xbox support, verify your account and
    then the lock could be removed after a few days. Now if your not in a reign supported by xbox live you are always going to have issue's redeeming a code. I'd advise looking at the reign on your xbox live account and then contacting customer support for that
    reign, if you can confirm the account they might be able to help you, other wise the lock would remain on the account forever.
