    Hi,

    A few months back, my old credit card got expired and I just forgot to update it in my account so my Gold memebership could renew this last 2018/08/03. So I received an email saying the payment didnt went through because my credit card was expired and to
    update my info. I went on and did the change AND transfer my Gold memership to my new billing info. Now the problem is they are still trying to take payment with the old credit card all the time. I can't delete the old card because they say there is a payment
    attached to it. So I'm stuck in this nonsense loop. Can you please fix this because I did all you ask on my end.

    Either your XBL Gold subscription is tied to an expired credit card, or there is just a random expired credit card on file. This can still happen even if there is a "Good" credit card on file. It is easiest to just call XBL Billing and have them switch the
    subscription over.

    also, my credit card on record is EXPIRED, and somehow, they continue to charge my NEW credit card with billing! how do they even know what my information is??

    I called xbox support, and had them cancel my subscription, and then set up a new one and it worked just fine. It happened as it was trying to bill xbox llive on an expired credit card lol

    If the new credit card links to the same financial account as the old credit card, no worries. They honored it, all is well. You may want to call up Xbox Customer Support and talk to their billing department to move your subscription to the new credit
    card so you can get the old one out of the account, though, just to make sure. There's also the chance it hasn't billed yet, and if billing the old credit card WOULD cause a problem, then they can move the pending charge over to the new credit card before
    it's processed to your card company.
