Sorry to hear about that. However, I strongly suggest asking your friends or family members who might have used your payment method.

But if none, your best option is to reach out to your bank and let them know about the unauthorized charge so they can be able to block this for you and reverse the charge for you. They can also provide you with a new card to help prevent this from happening again.

-Sign in to your "Manage your Payments" at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

-Click "Investigate" next to "Don't recognize a charge on your bank statement?"

-If you already have the card added to your account, choose it from the dropdown list. If the card is not listed, select Add a credit or debit card and follow the instructions to add the card to your account.​

-Enter the card's security details and select Submit.​

-Select the arrow next to the charge being queried to show detailed information. (Note: Only charges made in the Microsoft Store within the last 60 days will be shown).

-Look at the Microsoft account used information.

Well I just got off the phone with customer support it turns out that for the past two months, they charged me and it didn't go through. So instead of canceling service like any other place they gave it to me. Now my account is suspended and I'm screwed
until I pay back the service charges. I don't get how it's my fault that they gave me two months without charging me. If your billing a card and the payment doesn't go through, cancel service, don't give out an I.o.u.

No game server will allow you to use currency for game subscription only the full price prepaid subscription cards are one time payments

If you ain't ten then why do you not know the ddifference between a billing service and a prepaid service

You do not get the same benefits

You cannot sit on your Couch and buy one time prepaid card direct from the server no services provides that

It's a bill just like in real life

You don't get the same convenient service as a subscription or billing service
