    re-entered billing info previously, and it won't let me migrate my account....it says theres a problem completing the move right now....however it's already set to Canada, so that could be the reason

    Hey James! When you created your account did you select the UK as your region? If you did, by mistake, select the US you may need to create a new Gamertag for your correct region in order to enter valid billing information as region cannot be changed. You

    Hi Carnivore. Your Rewards locale is France. Your current Xbox Live locale is a region that the program is not available in so we won't be able to deposit to that account. To get a deposit, you'd need to switch your Xbox Live locale back to France. You can
    do so at Sign in to your Microsoft account.

    You can go to Billing.microsoft.com and check the information.

    If that is correct, you will be able to check the CC information there as well to make sure it is correct.

    Is your billing information in the same region as your account?

    This will cause the same problem since they do not match.

    No. It's up to you to provide the correct billing information for your location. It is not recommended to create an account for a region you're not in for this very reason.

    Hello ViaticEran king,

    We are receiving Israeli billing information for your account. Since we use this information to perform deposits of Rewards Credits as currency, you cannot join the program. Israel is not a Rewards program region.
