Discus and support Billing info in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I've checked my billing info and now it's all right but on my rewards page says it's not, what else do i have to check?     I've checked my billing info and now it's all right but on my rewards page says it's not, what else do i have to check? I don't have a payment option added is it needed? please help, thanks.

    It only deletes it from the 360. I always feel better calling support to deal with CC and CC delete. It should still be there.

    Hello,

    You will need to contact phone support and speak with the billing department about any sort of cancelations and or refunds. As far as why you're not able to use your prepaid card, it's probably because the card you currently have on file is invalid/expired
    and cannot be used to pay for your subscription. That more than likely needs to be changed before you're able to continue with your subscription or use any sort of prepaid card.

    When you remove your GT off your Xbox, Everything saved on that account is still attached to it. Including Credit Cart Information
