    Billing info problem


    I have been using my VISA to redeem my xbox live recently. The last payment was due over a week ago but I didn't have money in the account untill the day after. Instead of taking the money out, it still says the card details are invalid and that my membership
    is '-1 month'. I can't purchase anything or use a pre-paid code eitther.

    Help please

    Hey there bullcat!

    We always suggest that you have your Account Region set to the same region that you're physically located. This prevents billing issues like this from popping up. I'm sorry to say that since you're not in an Xbox Live supported region, there's not much we can
    do here.

    Okay I'm a I have a billing problem want to buy an XBOX GOLD from my local Store and I have a US account but I don't live in the US and you are required To state your billing address to access xbox live but I don't have these answer Like the city where
    I live in and the zip code. I choose to be in the US account Because my country is not supported by XBOX LIVE

    Are you trying to purchase through Xbox.com, or your console? If you're on Xbox.com, then you'll need a CC or Paypal to pay. Change it through your console if you want to pay with your Microsoft account balance.

    By the way, how did you get that gamer picture?
