Discus and support Billing Fail in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hello Fellow´s, have a Problem since i change my Location from Germany to Austria, they tell´s me my Abonnement closed if i change my Location.     Billing Fail


    Hello Fellow´s,

    have a Problem since i change my Location from Germany to Austria, they tell´s me my Abonnement closed if i change my Location.

    But it´s goe´s on and every Month i have to pay for a different Location i never used anymore.

    So what can i do?

    At first ! I can´t closed the Abonnement at the Billingside, there is no Button and no way to change it.

    The Twice! I have no Creditcard for a regular payment, that´s the Problem why the other payments not stopped.

    I hope you can help me get´n right of this.

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. Normally you could only request a refund for the last month, and the estimated time could not go beyond a certain time for the refund to be approved, from what I understand in your case you have been charging for the last 10 months.
