Billing Error and NO purchase history

I bought the Game Pass on this website: https://www.xbox.com/en-MY/games/store/pc-game-pass/cfq7ttc0kgq8

I actually spend two RM5 on the Game Pass. At first I thought it was just a bug or error. But it literally deduct my credit 2 times.

For the order history it just show "No purchases made in the past 3 months". What's wrong, please help me check.

Just to confirm, did you buy it directly from the Xbox website or a different seller?

Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions are added in order history in real-time (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders) and if it's not showing from there it means that it's not completed or successful on Microsoft's end and by that, it was not sent to your friend or sent to a wrong person. To fix it, you may need to check with your bank and have them cross-validate the charge that was taken out on your card.

Hi Paul! So that error code means that Xbox LIVE has encountered an error. This error should be temporary, and may not pertain to your payment or account info. I would suggest you hang tight, and try again later.

Microsoft doesn't delete things from the purchase history. If you believe there is a billing error it's best to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX.
