Billing change?

So....Got a notice that the billing date was changing. AFTER you guys took the charge out. Is this the usual practice?

Wouldn't bother me as much since I allow for it each month anyway, but this change without proper notice has caused a huge problem. I allow for it to be taken at the end of the month not the first. I don't really want to put my personal business out there,
so I'll try to do without doing that but this move came perilously close to causing an overdraft because it was not expected so soon. As it is, I have to try to get some money in my bank within a certain amount of time because the amount left is so low, they
could close my account. I'm on a limited income and get two payments a month. You guys are paid out of the second one. This is not cool and if you didn't have to have gold to play certain games, I'd drop it all together. You can be sure I will tell everyone
I know about this unethical business practice. There should have been a notice way before now and not one sent through the message center AFTER you did the deed.

Note that I would not have used the forum, but your "Contact us" area wasn't helpful. Neither is your "Select a category" so I hope I selected the correct one.

Got a Xbox One should I keep it?

You must super rich pal or living of your parents because where I come no one can afford to more then one console ,think of all the bills , you have to pay nowdays ,let me see their tv bill, house bill, often their mortgage or rent bill, tv license , water bill, gas bill, phone bill, internet bill, and now you want add gaming bill for the network on top of them and other thing Xbox one may hAve exclusives but you play previous games in the past on the Xbox or Xbox 360 you can't play them by disc mode only by buying them through dlc and same goes for ps4 for previous playstation consoles , at least wii u network is free and backward play for wii games but other are dlc, electric bill and maybe more bills to pay

Contact us here. After you select billing, say
"no thanks' to the virtual agent. Under payment and purchases select
Other.

You will then be able to request a callback, or go through chat support.
