    I have a problem where my Xbox Live Rewards credits are not being deposited into my account. The link below shows what I am seeing on my screen. I have already verified that my billing information listed in my Microsoft Commerce account is correct. Any
    thoughts, I'd really like to have my rewards depositing again.

    Rewards Account has Red Status, Says my Microsoft Acct Info needs updating to transfer credits

    My Rewards account is telling me that my billing information needs to be updated before credits can be transferred to my account. Looking at my billing info, everything appears to be correct, what do I need to update. Thx

    Hello ViaticEran king,

    We are receiving Israeli billing information for your account. Since we use this information to perform deposits of Rewards Credits as currency, you cannot join the program. Israel is not a Rewards program region.

    Since the Rewards site shows the deposit and the billing site shows the deposit, Rewards support would no longer be able to assist. You would need to continue working with billing.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account. This is causing the deposit
    to be directed toward the incorrect billing information. When this information does not match your Rewards Account, the deposit fails. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when
    this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this
    issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
