    Hi.

    Earlier this month I subscribed to Game Pass. I intended to get the pc version, which I subscribed and was billed for. But I also got subscribed on the ultimate version, which I don't want, I don't own a console. The problem is I was charged for that too
    and I can't find the pc subscription on the account page, only the ultimate. If I cancel the ultimate, will I keep the pc subsciption?

    I tried to contact support, but it directs me to an AI that doesn't help and the live support isn't working.
