Billed twice and can't access chat or phone call support

Discus and support Billed twice and can't access chat or phone call support in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was billed twice last night for a game.     Billed twice and can't access chat or phone call support


    I was billed twice last night for a game.

    Today was trying to access to chat/phone support but the system ask me to put my name and lastname (mandatory) but the fields are disabled (dark grey).

    So I can't solve this situation.

    I'm also being billed twice, but in Brazil tech support is never online and I can't find the phone to call!

    Hi there Saimaen,

    I would suggest contacting phone or chat support so they could check your transactions. If you've been billed twice for the same item, they can definitely issue a full refund.

    Sorry, but phone and chat are the only ways to contact the billing department. They are the only ones who can fix the issue. Try checking your account information at
    http://account.live.com to make sure it has your correct information to fill in the chat areas. If not, you'll need to contact support by phone. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada. If not, what region

    Access to chat support may not help you Max. I spent my entire morning on chat where they had me reset the Mac address and reset the console, then at the last when nothing seemed to be working the tech asked me to try again and logged off while I was trying
    it out. This was the most underhanded thing I could imagine and leaves me right where I started.

    In the Support Page just before to start a chat the Name and Lastname fields are blank and disabled.

    Why they amke you reset the Mac and console?

    I just want my money back... They bill me twice for a game...

    I can´t understand, only two clicks and you can buy a game. Now for refund (because Microsoft mistake) I have to spend hours trying they return my money, also the support system seems is not working properly? this is ridiculous.

    Was the purchase done via credit/debit card tied to your account? If so, are they both showing as pending, or solid charges. If they are showing as pending, one will drop off in a few days while the other will be applied to the card.

    If they are both solid charges applied to your account you can call either +54 (11) 5354-0358 or 0800-266-0509 Monday – Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
