Billed Credit Card instead of Microsoft Account

If you are trying to purchase on the website it is not set up to accept the credit as a payment method. You will need to use the console.

When using the console it will ask which payment method you want and use that as an alternate in case the tax goes over the amount you have in credit.

Ok. What is Microsoft charging you for? Can you see it on your Vodacom bill? Is it a Xbox game?

It's an unauthorized purchase or did you actually purchased it but instead of charging your credit card it went to your Vodacom account?

You should be able to purchase it on your console.

Find the game by searching for the title or finding the Games for Gold tile and click on purchase.

When you get to the purchase screen select Change Payment Option and then select your Microsoft account as the payment option.

Purchase the game.

It will bill your Microsoft account $0 instead of attempting to bill a credit card.

I try to change it on the Microsoft account online I go to my billing information with my credit card with my PayPal with my Microsoft account I go to my credit card which has my Xbox live membership on it but there's no edit so I can edit my credit card
