Bigelow issue

Discus and support Bigelow issue in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i can't access content due to a "BIGELOWE" isse. Please help me with this I was accessing content fine.     i can't access content due to a "BIGELOWE" isse. Please help me with this

    I was accessing content fine. The error occurred right before the new update

    Hello, I have been playing Gears of War 4 on the network for a year and everything was fine,but recently when connecting to servers I always get an error called BIGELOWE and I can not play online with friends.I left a post on the
    support forum here

    Здравствуйте я целый год играл в Gears of War 4 по сети и всё было нормально,но недавно при подключении к серверам у меня всегда возникает ошибка под названием BIGELOWE и я не могу играть по сети с друзьями.Я оставил сотвествующий пост на форуме поддержки

    This is what I found on BIGELOWE:

    There could be a number of things that are going on with this error code from ISP issues to a ban. I'm assuming you probably didn't have any issues with it until recently? I would suggest waiting the 5 days that they suggest at the bottom of the page and
    see if it clears up. If it doesn't come on back here.

    As for State of Decay 2, is that giving any type of error code when trying to connect that to the internet?

    The error message you're getting may be due to an issue with the game server, a corrupted profile data associated with the game or corrupted game files. To clarify your concern, may we know if you're able to play other games online?

    Meanwhile, we suggest clearing the console's persistent storage and alternate MAC address. Here are the steps:

    Method 1: Clear Persistent Storage

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the
      Guide      .
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Disc & Blu-Ray.
    5. In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.
    6. Select Clear persistent storage.
    7. Restart your Xbox One console.


    Method 2: Clear MAC Address

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings.
    6. Select Advanced settings.
    7. Select Alternate MAC address.
    8. Select Clear.
    9. Select Restart.
    These steps can help restore corrupted system data.
