    Big problem with quick resume and external HDD


    I was wondering why quick resume never works when i turn on my Xbox (i have it on energy saving mode). All games start new.

    I tested a lot of things and nothing worked. Then i had the idea to unplug my 12TB WD Black HDD before turning of my Xbox. Before i turned my Xbox back on, i plugged my HDD back in.

    I started it and... quick resume worked for the first time. So right now quick resume is completely broken with my 12TB HDD plugged in.

    Can you download a game if you don't have a HDD?

    Xbox 360 is able to use external resources up to 32 GB, so an external USB/HDD that big should work, doesn't it?

    Full external HDD support needed for the 360

    Maybe we'll get a future update that'll let us US external HDD's that are big in size. External HDD's are crazy cheap these days too and I could easily fill all of my games on a 1TB HDD. I'll probably get 2TB just to be safe.

    If you delete games from your quick resume list they reappear so it doesn't stop thr problems. I want to be able to shut it off completely.
