Big issue with the xbox game pass

I have contacted the support and they told me to post here the issue.

So i have discovered that you could play unlimited with the xbox game passe let me explain.

For exemple on this account (microsoft store on windows 10) i have taken the trial to test sea of thieves and i have advanced quite farin the game then my trial stops so i create a new account via the windows microsoft store i take again the trial i relaunch
sea of thieves and all the save from this account is transferred to the new one so i can create an account every time when my trial is over to play game pass games because the old save is always on the new account i create every time

I had a similar issue when Big Game Hunt came out. Have you tried deleting your season pass, clearing your cache, restarting console, and re-downloading season pass?

Season pass on same console

I have bought CoD IW from the Xbox store. Downloaded and installed under My user our Ohly Xbox one console,. Now to My big issue: My son bought the season pass using his user account on the same console. He can play the game, but not use the season pass
wich he according to the store owns. If I switch to My user, Go into store, i must purchase the season pass? Did we just throw our money away?

Save progress doesn't transfer between profiles. It sounds like creating new accounts is giving you a new entitlement to a Game Pass trial, which also gives the original profile on the same system the ability to play the game, but eventually the Store should
stop granting new accounts more entitlements. At that point, you would either need to buy the game or stop playing.

In any case, deliberately exploiting these systems can lead to unforeseen consequences. As this isn't using the system as intended, I will lock this thread here.

I can see how this would be an issue, if you want to play some of the more... storage heavy titles like Gears. It might be a bigger challenge for the team, knowing a little bit about how it's installed and managed per profile. The problem between comparing
it to Steam is that Steam is a marketplace, where if you can play a title, you OWN that title and they don't need to have a system or configurations in place to deactivate it when removed from the system. That said, I'm pretty sure there should be a way to
resolve it as an option to install 'for all users' on a PC as it can do with regular app installs, but noting that only Subscribers would be able to play it.

I would recommend submitting it to Feedback, since it is a BETA, and we should always work to let them know what we want to see in our products! I hope they hear you out.

EA access is same as xbox game pass only for EA games...

if you're big fan of sports, it may OK.
