    Big fraud


    it is really disappointing that the microsoft service can not make the charge to send the xbox to repair, there were 3 banking institutions that I called twice, my accounts are not blocked for any reason, and I can not make the service payment , register
    5 credit cards and with no I could make the payment, now I have a damn xbox without being able to fix, 1 damn year hard working well 1 alone, I never buy xbox again

    Fix the purchasing Microsoft points problem please

    not all issues are the same

    some issues are like incorrect billing info (wrong region)

    making too many purchases in a short period instead of 1 big purchase of ms points (that isn't an ms issue thats a creditcard issue as it triggers fraud locks)

    thats a big one because people don't like change people like micro transactions

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

    The best thing to do right away is change the password to the Microsoft Account to regain control of the account. If charges were made fraudulently through an account takeover, you must remove the card from the account and contact your financial institution
    to submit a fraud claim since your card information was also compromised.

    If you completely lost control of the account and can no longer sign in by ay means, I suggest contacting customer support:
