    Big Changes to the Xbox Enforcement, Details inside


    I'm sorry none of us here are in a position to answer specific questions about these policies, as we are not on the enforcement team, and no one here is authorized to speak for them.

    Enforcement is moving to a strikes system, where strikes expire after six months. You can be banned for up to one year, but will retain access to purchases as well as single player experiences, unlike the previous system. Full, permanent bans are still possible, should enforcement consider it necessary.

    Everyone is currently at zero strikes, regardless of previous enforcement history

    I'm sorry to hear that your account has been suspended. No-one on forums have access to specific details on why your account was suspended. However, you can contact Xbox enforcement

    If it's a recent suspension like.the past week then you will be on the new strike system

    If you receive any enforcement actions on your account this prevents from accessing the insider program for twelve months from the expiry of the enforcement action.

    All details relating to the enforcement action and if eligible the ability to appeal can be found on the
    Xbox Enforcement web site.
