Big Button Pad Question

have you looked on
support.xbox.com/.../big-button-pad-controller-problems-944843 it might help as this is all i could find if not i would just buy a second hand pad off amazon or the shop then try that or if you have twitter contact @xboxsupport as they will help you immediately

Also, if you look carefully at the big button, you will notice it has 4 arrows on it. You can use the big button as a d-pad at the dashboard etc. It's actually a 5 way switch, 4 directions + central click for "OK" or "select"

Map button is not on the d-pad. To see the map you click the menu button that shows the big wheel with all the choices like character screen and inventory. The one in the center is quest map and it shows your map.

Does the Joy-pad work with any of the scene it games then, So there is only 2 of us and we don't need the 4 big buttons?
