    BFME II Backwards compatible likelihood?


    Is there any chance Battle for Middle-Earth II gets backwards compatibility? I've been playing Halo Wars 2 lately and it has me itching to play a good RTS on Xbox

    LOTR : BFME II

    Insanely fun multiplayer RTS. Then EA shut down the servers. *shakes fist*

    I've been looking this up for some time now, because my friend and I are in the same situation. EA took the servers down for the game in January of this year. This is either due to low population, which I think is not true because there are forum threads
    like this everywhere, or the theory of EA not being able to renew their license with New Line Cinema to keep the multiplayer aspect of the game going, which doesn't make much sense to me.

    Its had its servers shut down for some time now. Its a EA game they shut servers down once a games population reachable a low level.
