    Hello Hello,

    I've recently made the switch to XB1 from X360 and i just got my BF4 stats transferred over. However, my premium and DLC's are missing. I looked into it on these forums and the response is that premium packages are available for people who've transferred
    for $0.00 on the in-game store. My in-game store DOES say $0.00 for the premium package BUT when i click on "Buy" it says "Checkout Canceled" automatically. This doesn't happen when i try click buy on the individual shortcuts that will cost me extra to pull
    up the confirmation of purchase page. Is this a problem with Microsoft or is it a problem with DICE/EA? I'd like my DLC's for XB1 so i can have everything again like on X360. What are the steps i should take? Anyone else with this problem?

    Can't make a purchase. Very uncommon error message displaying.

    I got the same problem when i try to purchase BF4 Premium, i got it working once but then it just came up with the same error code. I changed my billing address and everything but nothing, someone please help.

    Plus also, any BF4 premium passes already purchased against your current 360 Gamertag and account will be converted to a premium pass on the Xbox One. This is only confirmed for BF4 at the moment

    Not exactly. There is a "small fee" to upgrade from BF4 on the 360 to the Xbox One ($9.99) but NOT a fee for the premium. "Premium" it transfers to the Xbox One version at no additional costs. There's a distinction between the game BF4 and "Premium", folks
    since premium is a separate purchase.

    In short, the "upgrade" does transfer for free, not for a fee.

    Yea, so what happens is, it allows you to install BF4 Premium as an add on, but in game, it says 'please install and pay for BF4 premium' in order to access BF4 Premium servers, maps and games etc.

    It basically doesn't recognise.you have BF4 premium, and EA doesn't see it on their side either.
