BF2042 STILL FREEZING ON XBOX X

I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH ON MICROSOFT AND THE EA FORUMS. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH MULTIPLE PEOPLE ON THE SUBJECT OF THE GAME FREEZING AND SENDING ME BACK TO MY XBOX X HOME SCREEN. NOW IT DOES IT WHEN IM IN THE LOADING SCREENS. WHEN IM LOOKING AT MY GAMING PROFILE IN GAME. WHILE I AM DOING ANYTHING PRETTY MUCH IN THE GAME. THIS STARTED WITH SEASON 2 OF BF. I HAVE SEEN POSTS FROM LAST NOVEMBER. HUNDREDS. THOUSANDS OF POSTS. YET EA ACTS LIKE THIS IS A NEW ISSUE. THERE IS NOT A TROUBLE SHOOTING ISSUE THAT WE HAVE ALL TRIED THAT HAS YET TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE NOT BEEN INVOLVED WITH A COMPANY THIS INEPT AND BLIND AND UNCARING OF ITS PLAYER BASE UNTIL NOW. IT HAS GOTTEN TO THE POINT THAT THEY JUST STOP RESPONDING. LITERALLY JUST IGNORING THE ISSUE. THAT TELLS ME THAT SOMEONE ABOVE THEM HAS GIVEN THEM THAT ORDER. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, IF YOU ARE IN AN AREA WHERE AT SOME POINT, EA WILL BE SPEAKING ON ANYTHING, SHOW UP. DEMAND THIS GETS ADDRESSED BEFORE A LIVE AUDIENCE BECAUSE I THINK THAT IS THE ONLY THING THAT WILL HELP AT THIS POINT. IM EVEN RELUCTANT TO JUMP ON THAT WAGON BUT I HAVE EXHAUSTED ANY OTHER WAY OF GETTING THIS TAKEN CARE OF.

I know that but I figured any place that has eyes would be a place to start. I appreciate the response and feedback for sure. EA has been bombarded with this and they respond a few times then we hear nothing. Again, thank you for responding.

Hello Nicholas, I regret the situation that is happening, however as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access to EA data with regard to games and bugs in games.

We were able to guide and pass procedures for certain resolutions of problems in consoles and PC, but oriented procedures that already exist.

If it comes to something more in-depth by its description, only ea resolution would be the solution.

The game is actually freezing and crashing hard, and that since the last patch.....it really annoys me, NO

it's pissing me really off.

I can't play normal on a Xbox Series X without a crash or a freezing Game. Playing with Xbox Series X controller, 4K HDR 60FPS , cross play enabled (without crossplay the Xbox found no Matches )

The Game crashes 10 min into play, either when in a match or in menu.

I have conducted following troubleshooting steps: Reset the game, reinstalled the game, reset the console completly, reset the console, removed everything and nstalled BF2042 again....
