    I do not agree that you rejected my refund request saying that gamę Has been bought "more than 14 days ago".

    We are still on early Access! Game did not even release yet so how i was supposed to know how bad and buggy this is?!

    You allowed refunds with CP 2077 so i do request refund here as this game is at least on the same lvl with bugs. I was also not aware how many things was deleted since previous BF and this is not what I want to play. Developers did not inform how many mechanics will be not present here. Basically IT is a step back in every aspect.

    Give me refund and I will spend that money on other games so you will get your cut anyway.

    This is a community based forum so we don't work for Microsoft. Cyberpunk was a special circumstance and given a longer refund period because of the publishers/developers. You can try replying to the email you received denying your refund to contact the refund specialists, but if the refund is outside of the refund terms there's no guarantee they'll change their minds.

    Their instructions on callofduty.com is to request a refund on the standard edition, then purchase the vault edition. I've tried this but was automatically rejected. Can't get through to anyone to resolve this.

    There is a trial and no bf 2042 isn't available except as a trial on gamepass

    You can use the gamepass as a discount via ea play
