Beyond 96 hours.....

hi support, due to the recent sale on Xbox store I have made numerous purchases, all of which were more than 96 hours ago, my rewards status & money spent/purchases made, are not showing registered, and yes I've already checked my Microsoft account and all
purchases are listed there, help please.

96 hours?

I completed part one (spend $40) on Saturday. That won't post until Wednesday or Thursday, which leaves 1 Day remaining to complete all missions. There's 3 Days (72 hrs) left for a mission that I just completed (get 5 achievements
in purchased games) . It takes 96 hrs for mission completion to post, which means the completion day will have passed by the time it posts. How can I check my mission status after the day has passed as well as be sure that I get my credits.

 

96 hours?

Once the 96 hours have passed, the credits should be added as pending to your account. You can view them on the MyRewards sections of the site.

 

What offer are you looking for credits from?

 

I asked for assistance from MS Xbox live rewards support staff, not some random try hard.

From our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month or this month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
