BEWARE - New Xbox Preview update BIG problem

Hi guys,

If you have 2 Xbox One, and having the new update from the Xbox Preview program, don't buy a game now. There is an issue, if you purchase the game on your first Xbox, you need to pay it again on your 2nd Xbox, you will not see the game on ''Ready to install'',
and you can't do anything about that. I talked with support and they told me people got this issue with the last preview update, so i'm not the only one who got this problem.

I tryed with 2 games, MGS5 and Rainbow Six Siege, same issue, if i buy it on my xbox with the new preview update, I can't download it on my 2nd xbox, with the regular July xbox update. And on the market, it show me the price, i need to buy it again. But
I tested to buy a game (Layers of Fear, good game BTW) on my 2nd xbox, the one with regular update, and it worked, my first xbox with preview program got the game.

I think and I hope Xbox will solve this problem very quickly, I lost like 4 hours by chatting to support, I was refunded on my two games, tryed factory reset.. Nothing is working, so just wait guys

I'm sorry but preview members aren't 'the public" and what we who opted in are experiencing is we knew could happen. There was warning after warning. You can't be ticked off because something is indeed the early build that you were told it would be (with many things not yet functional, or working right). this is also one of the reasons only some of the preview testers were given access at a time.Click to expand...

a) We ARE the public (I am in the preview as well).

b) I have already explained to you about the nature of the agreement and the limitations of that.

c) I have worked at every level in the games industry including QA as a tester and lead tester and as a designer, lead designer, associate producer and senior producer in internal development. I don't need testing explained to me - thx all the same.Click to expand... We are not the public, if 'we' were the public, everyone else in here and everywhere for that matter would be using the NXOE along side us, is this the case? It certainly is not! Stating you're in the preview and that you're using the NXOE only proves the point further... you're part of a closed test group, one chosen from among other preview members who have still yet to see it on their systems. None outside of certain Microsoft employees, Quality Assurance and us are here, this also separates us from 'the public', so again, we are not the public, you should know better...

Indeed, but if the preview update breaks the console, then there is a big problem with the internal testing!

There is a problem with the latest update the MTU as dropped to 510 which is a big problem, Do as Mythreign suggests and check the preview forum.

It's in the new update that's out for preview members at the moment. You will receive this feature with the next big dashboard refresh.

Same issues here! I had some minor reconnecting problems before, but since the last big preview update it got a lot worse. Even my new gamepad keeps reconnecting. Both of them are NOT updated, so you can see, it's not a accessory issue, it's the console!
