Beware account compromised and can’t recover

live account compromised and my primary email removed. Purchases made without my knowledge. Breach took place within the Microsoft platform. Charges reversed but after 3 days of contacting Microsoft still not able to recover my gamer tag or games. No
viable support for this issue. Promised call backs don’t occur, apparently the top support person is Oriando and he can’t speak to the escalation team. He provided a number for Corp office but of course it hangs up if you request a live person. What a joke
Should have bought the PS4

Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. You can file a complaint on him through the console in order for the enforcement team to take action.

When you contact xbox support they should if not already done an uauthorized access unable to recover escalation which part of the escalation is having you create a new MS account and then the escalations team once they investigate it and determine that
their was unauthorized access will transfer all your information over to the new account and you would be contacted on that account letting you know that everything was transferred over this process normally takes up to 72 hours.

If they did not do the escalation for this and have you create a new Microsoft account you need to contact xbox support and get them to do this escalation.

another part of this escalation is getting information that was originally on your account like some info off of the primary xbox console, the IP address where your console is at, some information on the account like your name and billing information and
stuff like that. so that they can verify that account was yours and that it was truly compromised and so that if they do determine that your account was compromised that they can then possibly ban any console that your account was on that it should not have
been on.
