Bethesda Games Starfield Launch Error Code 0x800704c7

i was playing literally 2 hours ago tried loading the game back up on my pc and keep getting this error code after i get a prompt saying "CrogramFiles\WindowsApps\BethesdaSoftworks.ProjectGold_1.7.23.0_...\GameLaunchHelper.exe
The Specified path does not exist."
i hit ok and then get the error code 0x800704c7
problem is i checked the path and the file is in fact there and on top of that my starfield isnt even on the drive because i dont have space its on my other ssd which it was running fine on
EDIT: i have done the following already
Deleted the folder and verified/repaired the game
repaired and reset both the xbox app and gaming services
checked for updates for all relevent items

it seems to be an issue if you have more than one storage space. how ever load up the exe file mentioned for example D:\program files\windowsapps\bethesdasoftworks.projectgold_1.7.23.0.0x64_...\gamelaunchhelper.exe, it will load up completely fine. simply right click on this exe file create shortcut to desktop, rename it starfield and your good to go with out any hassle. i hope this helps.

I resolved problem. I installed the game on D: drive and there was not enough space to run game. Try to free some space where your game is located. I think this problem is not related to license but storage problem.
