Beta Insider, Recently started having strange graphical issues only on Destiny 2.

It's currently limited to those in the Insider program. It started with the Alpha / Skip Ahead rings, and recently expanded to the Beta ring.

To clarify, the Destiny 2 Beta begins on July 19th and ends on July 23rd. More information about the beta specifically can be found on the Destiny official website

If you've pre-ordered the game on the Xbox Store digitally, you won't actually need a beta code as the license for the beta will already be associated with your account. To download the Destiny 2 Beta now, you'll want to go to the Xbox Store and search "Destiny
2". You'll see the beta available in the list and be able to install it there (It's 12.83 GB, so make sure you have some space available for the game to install).

If you pre-ordered the game at a retailer, you'll receive a code that you'll need to redeem on the Destiny website
HERE. Once you redeem the code you'll receive instructions on how to download the beta.

If you've pre-ordered the game at retail and have not received a code, you'll need to work with the retailer to obtain a code as we don't have the ability to replace beta codes.

This has been happening to me in destiny but only started recently

The Destiny 2 Beta was slated to start at 10 am PST (1 pm EST). If you tried before that then it would not be available. However, the beta should be available now for play.
