BETA DOWNGRADE NOT WORK

Hello ,

I tested the Minecraft Beta and I hate the laags in the game.

I wanted to downgrade the Beta but it didnt work.

I clicked on Manage and then on uinstall Minecraft Beta.

After that I reinstalled it but I have still the Beta.

Xbox One Preview Update

The answer is no, you can't remove the beta; but it is irrelevant now because the beta became the public release, which everyone should have by now. You cannot downgrade the Xbox One SystemOS.

The preview update problems

There is no way to downgrade the firmware, and this is something that was explicitly stated in the preview materials when you signed up to beta test it. You'll simply have to wait until the update rolls out (likely on March 7th) to all users.

You would opt into the Minecraft Beta via the Xbox Insiders App. Unenroll your device, via the Xbox Insiders App, from that beta test and it will START the process to remove you from the beta. This can take sometime and might require the updates to cycle
through the next release, catching the full release up to the beta versioning before you are fully unenrolled and able to access the full release again.

well I dont relly like betas much beacuse the games usually have some downgrades on some aspects

I understand that 1.13.0 and higher are still beta versions of Minecraft that are not stable yet, the major version 1.12.0 is the one current stable version so I think you might downgrade due to servers not supporting beta versions yet.

Good luck. I removed mine and it automatically put it back last night. The result? The system was stuck on the green start up screen and I ended up spending all night trying to fix it before needing to do a complete system restore. I lost everything on my
internal hard drive because of it. Needless to say I am not happy with Microsoft releasing such horrible, buggy updates to the public. Beta or not, this should not be this bad. My bandwidth cap is now shot for the month and I have no trust in putting any new
games on my system until this is fixed. I ended up canceling my Halo 5 pre-order thanks to this. My PS4 is looking better all the time and until Microsoft fixes this garbage dashboard that is where my money is going.
