BestBuy selling Chatpads from non US region

I recently purchased multiple chatpads from Best Buy and noticed that none of them have an E in their serial number and are all out of region (from Mexico).

MSFT needs to fix this.

Chatpad Orange and Green keys mixed up

My XBox has already been serviced and the chatpad issue occurs on other Xbox consoles as well.

I will contact Service but I think the real issue is that Bestbuy is selling chatpads from the wrong region. This needs to be investigated and fixed.

Chatpad UK Layout issue

Hello

Your chatpad serial number ends with the letter B, E, F, G, or S to indicate which language it supports—British-English, US-English, French, German, or Spanish. So you might have a chatpad which is intended for the US region instead of the UK region

Gift cards are non-refundable, the only thing you can do is give or sell to someone else if you haven't used them. Bear in mind you can only use them in your region, so if you do give or sell them, it also has to be from someone in your region.
