    Best VPN for Console Streaming?


    All, I have been trying to get Console Streaming to work for 2 weeks now over Sprint's fastest service here in Dallas which is supposedly enjoying lightning fast 5g coverage. My home specs are XB1X with Frontier 200mb Up and Down, wired connection to the box. Open Nat. Phone is One+ 7 Pro 5G . When on wifi connection is great but when on Cellular. It only connects half the time and even then is unplayable due to pixelization and? dropped connection..I tried Nordvpn with disappointing results. Better connection success rate but pixelation and dropped connection issues still remain. So disappointing.......if I was living out in the boonies I could at least understand having these issues but the technical side of things should not be an issue as far as the tests show. My question to y'all....is there a particular VPN that is best for this type of activity or is there some obscure setting I have enabled that is choking off my signal and causing this?

    Local streaming is fine. The issue is streaming while on a VPN or internet. It worked flawless until the dashboard update. I have two consoles that were working and now they both stopped.

    A vpn will only cause problems more work for your pc or console

    If you want to use a vpn it is best to use it on your router where it is routed properly

    Yes you are right, it is an IP address localisation issue. I have not yet connected the xbone via a VPN, tbh I haven't figured out how to do that yet with a router. However I do have a VPN on my Nexus 6 and found that using the smartglass app without the
    VPN resulted in German achievements, but as soon as the app was refreshed with the VPN on the achievements were back in English. So it's a fix, and thank you for that. I hope Microsoft fix this, as it's clearly an unintended result. It makes little sense
    that one sets the system language and yet you are confronted with a foreign language.

    Just out of curiosity do you have a suggested method for running the Xbox via a VPN? Will this affect my multiplayer or my streaming speeds?

    It works. Thanks. Although I may need a better connection for smooth gameplay with VPN or if there were stream quality options I might have gotten better experience out of it. I think it just streams at your native resolution.

    this works for me to get usa stream should work other way round
