    Best programme for "re-beginners"?


    I used to be fairly fit (I managed around 3 half-marathons annually) until I picked up a knee injury which kept me out for about 8 months during which I only managed sporadic cardio work (gentle swimming, low-intensity cross-trainer etc) perhaps once or
    twice a fortnight,

    I'm now approaching 41 and my knees are back to about as good as they'll get so I'm wondering which of the free programmes on Xbox Fitness would likely be best for me - I'm probably better off going back to 'beginner' level.

    LMG's... Whats the point?

    They are intent on keeping the best (overpowered) classes with only SMGs and ARs. They're much easier to use for the beginner and much better for the veteran.
