    Best perks and why.

So I see a lot of people talking about the best weapon they found or crafted and armor as well and I enjoy that very much. What I wanna do here is highlight the perk system. What perks do you feel have the highest impact on your build or the game as a whole.
I have seen ALOT of really cool and powerful builds over the last month and I gotta tell you,not all of them are cookie cutter builds either. Everything from smart and perceptive to all power melee and literally everything in between. Ill rambling now and
await your imputBest perks and why. :)

  3. Quickdraw.

Anyone else think this perk needs some sort of nerf? I'm not talking about the ADs time but I have noticed that this is probably the most use perk and here's why.

    -

I like using quickdraw, but in some cases, its udder BS. It makes me mad when someone quickscopes me and they have
speed perks and quickdraw. IW said it'll be harder to quickscope/it will be "removed" but this perk makes it all happen. Its the best SMG in the game. IW should make it so that Quickdraw doesn't affect snipers, its ridiculous. Also pistols have a fast
ADS, why make it faster. I don't usually encounter pistols, but just think about instant aim pistols. Pistol part, not really a rant.

    -

This perk usually is the perk that causes you to win gun fights. Combined with Ready Up, its instant aim. Because of its usefulness, I think it should be 4 points rather than three. Yeah, this is the part where I get hate but its just my opinion.

    -

I only had one reason so the "here's why" part doesn't make sense but oh well.

Got to be the Aqua Boy/Girl perk. To be able to go into water without drowning or get irradiated is just so useful.

Also the Strong Back perk is a no brainer for me, I like to fully loot places so thus perk is super useful.

Also, if you like to go it alone, the Lone Wanderer perk is also really good.

Obviously I go for Hacking and Lockpicking, these perks are perks you really need in Fallout. To many goodies get left behind without these perks.

I don't think there are "best perks". It really depends on your play style.

I also like the hacking/lockpicking perks. The Armorer and Gun Nut ones are great if you like to mod your weapons/armor. The 'Bloody Mess' perk is great, in that, it can give you a boost of 15% to damage.

Yeah, Gun Nut and Armourer are must have perks tbh. Again, if you like to clear places of loot, the Pocketed and Deep Pockets armour mod to increase carrying capacity. Also Science and Gun Nut often work together for modding weapons.

Local Leader perk. This is so you can share resources between settlements by assigning settlers to supply routes.

This was the first perk I took. Very useful indeed.

True. I favor Intelligence, strength. and endurance type perks, when first starting out; gradually branching out as the game progresses. One of my friends favors anything that will let him carry more, as he spends a lot of time "crawling" though the wasteland
    over-encumbered.

    Peace, J.R.

definitely depends on how you prefer to play. i like charisma, intelligence and luck as far as base perks. i'm level 65 at the moment and my dude's fairly strong i feel though i can't say i was trying to make a certain type of build. action boy, better
criticals, four leaf clover and grim reapers spring makes my vats pretty powerful. then add macreadys killshot perk, my vats headshots are always at 95%. i do think getting at least 3 in both hacker and lockpicking is a good idea, so many things behind safes/doors.
i also maxed out chem resistant. i love bloody mess and mysterious stranger for the comedy. i like inspirational since i like having a mule, er, i mean, companion.

Local Leader level 2 and scapper

I like to build all my settlements up and being able to add traders, workbenches and power armour stations is very important to me playstyle.

I like to either sell or break down all armour and weapons I find so end up over encumbered a lot. Having a settlement nearby with traders and workbenches makes it hell of a lot easier
