Im trying to get that offer with the 1000 apex coins and gold for 1 dollar, i solely want the gold to get battlefront 2 for free. So I open it up to get gold, it takes me.to the store and says try again later. Help?

The terms of the deal state that the codes for the Apex Coins will be sent out by June 30th.

"To redeem, a digital code for 1,000 Apex Legends coins will be sent to your Xbox Message Centre on your Xbox One console by 6/30/2019."

Thank you for coming to the forums. I'd be happy to help.

Are you trying to access this promo from your Xbox? Usually if the Store app cannot load the page it's because your network is having issues connecting to Xbox Live to get that information.

Go ahead and disconnect your network devices from the power for about 5 minutes to reset them. Then, go ahead and do a

hard reset and power cycle to the Xbox. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then
re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

Open up your games and apps library and check under Updates to make sure the Store doesn't need an update.

I sold mines a few days back done with the old and on with the XBOX ONE......Just Saying
