    No. It is not the best deal, if you have any patience in you wait for them to go on sale.

    Yeah on Gamestop has the 4GB slim for $150 as their black friday deal. 24-26 would check that out. Pretty good deal and other retailers will probably have similar sales. Best time to grab one.

    Like was said supermarkets will always fight to get the best sales by lowering there prices, it's all about finding the correct deals.

    Unfortunately this is how sales happen in 99% of locations so isn't limited to Xbox or Microsoft and it is rare to hear of anyone doing a sale offering a rebate on the difference in price.
