    Hi Guys

    Could anyone recommend any Couch Co-op or vs split screen Games on Xbox Series X for me and my 8 year old son please?

    We have gold and game pass but cannot seem to find many games that we can play together and don't want to do the 16+ games yet like Halo etc. We like racing games vs each other or coop games like fortnight or teenage mutant ninja turtles. We dont mind buying games and i am looking into the lego ones as they look good.

    I remember a few on my original xbox many years ago such as split screen vs "need for speed" or split screen coop "time splitters" but cannot find many now and the ones we can find such as "need for speed rivals" on game pass don't seem to give you the split screen vs option and we can only play one player at a time.

    any advice would be fantastic

    having two players is game dependent. Not all games support couch co-op (split screen). may i suggest halo or Plants vs zombies battle for neighborville they both support split screen.

    I can definitely recommend a game called It Takes Two, its couch co-op and really family friendly. Its a 3D platformer and is amazing.

    Another one is called Overcooked, it requires teamwork and can be a bit tricky.
