best calorie burner fitness program?

ive been doing the insanity using DVD's & mainly did the Pure cardio program on DVD so was really glad to see it on xbox fitness,i like pure cardio because it gives me a great workout & gets me sweating after the workout,I haven't tried any of the other
fitness programs on there yet but if any one can give me a heads up to what if any program would burn me more calories than Pure cardio preferably one without using any equipment

I too have found the insanity workouts really get the sweat flowing -I'm still daunted by them , the other workout I have been impressed /( appalled at )in this regard is the p90x pylometrics - first few times I did this had to stop multiple times for more
rests - now I can do it without much "xbox pause " ( gasps at the Kinect ) and can get the 5* rating . (((In fact the 2 p90 workouts available in xbox fitness inspired me to get the full dvd program - which is great when the internet is dodgy/slow and to
have a program to follow for full body training ( although I probably fell for beachbodys masterplan there - put in on xbox then get them to forkout for the dvds), I am definitely seeing better muscle tone and size already with following this 4 days a
week over the last month - but weights are integral to this as is a pull up bar ( which I don't have so I substitute other excercises when these bits are on ) .))) on xbox - the mossa fight one is also good to get the heart going , esp doing the fight 1 then
fight 2 straight in a row ,and its certainly got funner ( imho) moves than p90x and insanity cos of its " martial arts " basis . not sure though what program in xbox fitness burns the most cals as wt loss hasn't been a focus for me . feel free to add me
as a friend in any case ( , in 35-45 age group )

 

I think the calorie count on these workout programs isn't that precise because it seems to count the same calories the each workout,i did pure cardio on my 1st go & only gave me 151 calories burned (sure was lots more than that) & even nbow getting 20,000+
more session points it still gives me exactly burning the same calories,id like to see some of the insanity Max cardio workouts 50-60 mins(on the dvd) added to xbox fitness I wouldn't even mind paying a little for each workout added to my library,I'll add
you as a friend so we can compare workouts just for that extra motivation
